How the subscription works
- Pick your plan (weight loss or bulking), the 14-meal pack — or 10 for weekdays — and your meals. Free juices come with both packs.
- Pick the frequency: weekly (billed every week) or monthly (billed once a month).
- Log in or create your account, then pay online.
- Your meals arrive every Sunday from 9 a.m. You can change the meals for your next delivery from your account before Friday noon.
Weekly or monthly?
The weekly subscription is billed every week for the following Sunday's delivery. It's the most flexible option if your schedule changes often.
The monthly subscription is billed once a month and covers every Sunday of the month, with the same basket each cycle and two weekly menus that alternate. It's the set-and-forget option.
Pausing and cancelling
No contract: you cancel from your account and it takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for — paid deliveries still arrive.
