Meal prep in Brossard: healthy meals ready for your week

All of Brossard is inside our delivery zone. Whether you live in a condo near Quartier DIX30, a house in one of the lettered sectors or an apartment near a REM station, your week of meals arrives on Sunday from 9 a.m.

The cutoff to order is Friday noon. Everything ordered before then is cooked for Sunday's delivery; anything after moves to the next week. That's what lets the kitchen prepare exactly what was ordered.

Meal prices are the same as in Montreal, and your address is checked automatically at checkout, before you pay anything.

We deliver everywhere in Brossard, for example:

• Quartier DIX30 — the condos and new developments around DIX30
• Sectors C, L and S — and the other residential sectors named by a letter
• Brossard-Centre — and the streets around main roads like Taschereau Boulevard
• Around the REM stations — Brossard, Du Quartier and Panama

Which meal prep should you pick in Brossard if your schedule is packed? One that delivers on Sunday, lists the macros clearly and makes meals you actually want to eat. This isn't a miracle-transformation pitch: it's about making consistency realistic when your week is already full.

For professionals crossing the Samuel De Champlain Bridge morning and night, parents juggling the kids' activities and people who train early in the morning, the same problem keeps coming back: finding time to eat well. Having your meals ready ahead of time removes the nightly decision.

Every meal is complete — protein, carbs, vegetables and a house-made sauce — and ready to reheat. Keep some at the office, bring one to the gym or save a few for the nights you get home late.

If you train early in the morning or late at night, having your meals ready in the fridge also helps you eat at the right time around your sessions. A bulking meal before an evening workout or a weight loss meal after a morning session is only minutes away, with no cooking and no line at the counter.

Two plans, the same recipes, different portions. The weight loss plan lands around 550 kcal and 40 g of protein per meal, from $11.99. The bulking plan goes up to about 930 kcal and 60 g of protein, from $13.49.

The more meals in your pack, the lower the price per meal. The exact nutrition values of every dish are listed on this week's menu, so you know what you're choosing.

Brossard is at the heart of our South Shore zone. We also deliver to neighbouring cities like La Prairie, Candiac and Saint-Lambert, with the same schedule and the same prices.

Work at Quartier DIX30 or take the REM downtown? The simplest option is often to get your meals at home on Sunday, then bring one to work every day. That way you skip counter-bought lunches, which add up fast and rarely have enough protein.

For condos and newer buildings, enter your unit number in the address field at checkout. If you're unsure about your address, the automatic check confirms it before you pay.

No commitment is needed to order in Brossard: you order week by week, whenever you like. To never miss a week, the subscription repeats your order automatically.

If you'd rather not think about it, the weekly or monthly subscription repeats your order automatically and gets you several free juices every week on 10- and 14-meal packs. Cancel from your account whenever you like; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.

We deliver on Sunday across the island of Montreal, to Laval, Longueuil and Brossard, the South Shore, the North Shore and as far as Lavaltrie.
